Our footprint is rapidly expanding with growing regions located in Bundaberg all the way to Gympie, including several neighbouring areas like Gin Gin, Childers, Bucca, and Maryborough. This means we employ over 200 teammates, with new employment opportunities being created every season. This growth is ideal for creating an innovative and challenging workplace that allows our workforce to broaden their knowledge of the industry and to gain valuable skills towards furthering their careers. This makes us a preferred employer, with some of our employees being part of the team since we tilled the first piece of soil back in 1987.

Our team consists of passionate and self-motivated people with varying skillsets ranging from world-leading agronomists with extended knowledge of Macadamia water-use and nutritional requirements, software and mechanical engineers, production and operational experts, and senior administrative employees in the human resources and finance departments, all putting their strengths together to create one winning unit.
