About the Roles
Shift Supervisor
Lead daily operations at our sorting facility:
- Oversee sorting, dispatch & quality control
- Liaise with growers & support machine maintenance
- Mentor team members & assist with farm tasks as needed
Sorting Assistants
Ensure our macadamias meet premium standards:
- Sort nuts, test moisture, complete paperwork
- Operate machinery & assist with dispatch
- Perform basic maintenance & work independently
Who We’re Looking For
- Great hand-eye coordination & attention to detail
- Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced processing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Resilient, team-oriented & open to varied tasks
- Willing to explore other roles for long-term opportunities
- Not sensitive to motion sickness due to conveyor belts
